The awards ceremony took place on Friday 11th of November 2016 at The Titanic Centre in Belfast. The awards are held annually to celebrate the high standards attained by landscapers in Ireland across a range of landscape schemes.
The Pavilion Landscapes received the following awards –

- Award of Merit Public Authority, Carrigaline Lions Youth Centre
Charlie O’Leary of The Pavilion said, “We are thrilled to have received 2 National landscaping awards. Our team of landscapers have great dedication and vision to bring each project they work on to its maximum potential. We feel great pride in our work and it’s a privilege to have the quality of our work recognized in such high esteem at the ALCI National Landscaping Awards”.
The Association of Landscape Contractors of Ireland (ALCI) was founded in 1971 as a representative body for the landscape sector. From its inception it has endeavoured to improve the quality and standards in the landscape industry in Ireland and is today the leading professional body for landscape contractors with over 150 members across its Northern and Southern Regions.
“We believe that each job is our future reference and that using quality materials and quality workmanship is never worth compromising on. Our work needs to stand the test of time and so when we close the gate and walk away at the end of a project, we will be satisfied we have met our own set of standards, that our clients are surrounded by landscapes that are pleasing and inspiring for many years ahead”, says Charlie.
Charlie O’Leary established The Pavilion in 2001 when he began to transform the family’s tradition from growing tomatoes into a Garden centre and Landscaping business. The Pavilion has expanded over the years into one of Irelands leading Garden Centers and Landscaping Companies.
