Weber BBQ Demo at the Pavilion Garden Centre

Maximise the potential of your grill this Spring!

We will be joined by the Weber team of Certified Chefs at our Ballygarvan showroom on Saturday & Sunday, 11th & 12th of March.

Learn to cook the 'Weber Way' at this Discover Weber in-store cooking demonstration! The event will run from 11am – 3pm in store, you will discover valuable skills and tips from our Weber certified chefs on the day. 

Weber Chefs will demonstrate how to grill some of the most popular BBQ dishes with rolling demonstrations throughout the day. You will see the following being demonstrated & grilled:

  • Smash Burgers
  • Italian Style Pizza
  • Chicken wings
  • Chorizo and sage pinchos
  • Mexican beer chicken

Chef's will demonstrate on both Gas & Charcoal Weber BBQs, as well as a Smokefire EPX4 wood-fired pellet grill, so you can easily replicate these dishes on your BBQ at home. Weber chefs will also give you the opportunity to get stuck in and grill for yourself, guided by the experts! 

Grills that will be used for demonstration on the day are Genesis E335 & Traveler BBQs (both gas), as well as the Mastertouch Charcoal.
