Discover Weber BBQ Demonstration returns to the Pavilion

Maximise the potential of your grill this Summer!

We will be joined by the Weber team of Certified Chefs at our Ballygarvan showroom on Saturday, 29th of July.

Learn to cook the 'Weber Way' at this Discover Weber in-store cooking demonstration! The event will run from 11 am – 2.30 pm in-store, where our Weber-certified chefs will share their grilling ideas and secrets.  

Weber Chefs will demonstrate how to grill some of the most popular BBQ dishes with rolling demonstrations throughout the day. You will see the following being demonstrated & grilled:

Smash Burgers
Italian Style Pizza
Chicken wings
Chorizo and sage pinchos
Mexican beer chicken

    Chefs will demonstrate on both Gas & Charcoal Weber BBQs as well as the new electric Lumin grill, so you can easily replicate these dishes on your BBQ at home.

    Grills that will be used for demonstration on the day are the Genesis E335 & Traveler BBQs (gas) and the Mastertouch Charcoal.
