Plant the seed
Growing vegetables from seeds is a great family activity that teaches children about the importance of sustainable living and the process of how plants grow. By involving kids in planting, watering, and taking care of the seeds, they learn valuable skills and gain appreciation for the food they eat.
Grow your own
Growing vegetables from seed offers numerous benefits such as access to a wider range of varieties, increased yields through succession planting, and the ability to experiment with plant breeding. In addition, you can make efficient use of space and timing in your garden by interplanting vegetables with different growing habits and maturity rates. So why not consider growing your vegetables and flowers from seed!
