Inspired by the elegance and harmony of traditional Oriental garden design, this space is a rich composition of colour, form and symbolism. Bold yet contemplative, it is a garden that awakens the senses and invites peaceful reflection.
Striking Imperata cylindrica ‘Red Baron’ sways in the breeze, forming a wave of deep red that shapes the landscape. Its fiery tones are mirrored by the deep hues of plum and burgundy Acers, offering layers of depth and structure.
Delicate Astrantia flowers contrast the velvety richness of Salvia ‘Love and Wishes’, whose name captures the soul of the garden, while scarlet-toned Astilbes and Dahlia ‘Bishop of Llandaff’ bring vibrant energy to the space.
A reclaimed teak table and two chairs offer a place to relax, contemplate and connect and the addition of a barbecue means visitors can enjoy a space where nature and al-fresco dining converge. As day light fades, subtle solar lighting illuminates key features, transforming the garden into a glowing evening retreat.
