We’ve gathered answers to our most frequently asked questions to help you make the most of your Glasshouse Circle membership.

When visiting us in Ballygarvan, simply let our team know that you are a member of the Glasshouse Circle at the time of purchase. Your points will then be applied automatically and you will earn 1 point for every €1 spent. When you wish to redeem your rewards, our team will be happy to apply your discount seamlessly at the desk.

For online purchases, please log into your customer account before completing your order and points will be credited to your account immediately after purchase.

To view and redeem your rewards, select ‘Redeem’ within your account and choose the reward you would like to claim. A unique discount code will be generated, which can be easily applied at checkout.

Yes, a digital membership card is available within your account in the form of a QR code. You may choose to save this to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for convenience. However, if you are unable to save your card, our team can quickly locate your account in-store.

You can access your account, digital card, and points balance at any time by logging in using the email address to which this message was sent here.

We recommend saving your digital membership card to your digital wallet for easy access in the future and if you’re in-store, just ask us, we’ll be happy to check it for you!

Rewards can be redeemed in our garden centre, interiors, and online. While points can be earned in our Restaurant, redemptions are not currently available there as it operates on a separate system.

Yes, points will expire after one year of no activity in your membership account.
