Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is available exclusively to customers holding a valid ticket for Jack and the Beanstalk at The Everyman Theatre, Cork.

2. The promotion entitles ticket holders to 10% off eligible in-store purchases at The Pavilion, Ballygarvan, Co. Cork.

3. The offer is valid from 29th October 2026 until 31st January 2027, inclusive.

4. To redeem the discount, customers must present a valid Jack and the Beanstalk ticket, either printed or digital, at the till before completing their purchase.

5. The offer is valid for in-store purchases at The Pavilion Garden Centre and Interiors only. It cannot be redeemed online or at The Glasshouse Restaurant.

6. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discounts, special offers or loyalty discounts.

8. The discount applies to full-priced items only and excludes sale items, clearance products and any items already reduced or discounted.

9. The offer excludes Biohort sheds, furniture, gift cards and vouchers.

10. The Pavilion reserves the right to verify ticket eligibility and refuse the discount where a valid ticket cannot be presented.

11. The Pavilion reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to applicable consumer law.

12. By redeeming this offer, customers are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms affects customers' statutory rights.
