Jack and the Beanstalk – €500 Pavilion Gift Card Competitions

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promotion is open exclusively to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over who hold a valid ticket to Jack and the Beanstalk at The Everyman, Cork. Employees of The Pavilion are excluded from entering.

  2. The prize consists of one €500 Pavilion Gift Card, which can be used at The Pavilion, Ballygarvan, Cork, subject to the standard Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

  3. To enter the competition, entrants must hold a valid ticket to Jack and the Beanstalk at The Everyman, Cork, and complete and submit the official competition entry form on The Pavilion website, providing the required contact details. Proof of a valid ticket may be requested before the prize is awarded. Only one entry per person is permitted.

  4. The competition closes on Sunday 31st January 2027 at 11.59pm. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

  5. All valid entries will be entered into a draw, and one winner will be selected at random on Monday 1st February 2027. The winner will be contacted on that date using the contact details provided.

  6. Entry to the Promotion is exclusively available to holders of a valid ticket to Jack and the Beanstalk at The Everyman, Cork. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  7. Should the prize become unavailable, The Pavilion reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

  8. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner.

  9. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize if a winner is found to be ineligible, their entry is invalid, or they have failed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical difficulties or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

    Any internet connection or other costs associated with entering the Promotion are the responsibility of the entrant.

    Personal information provided by entrants will be processed for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including verifying entries, selecting and contacting the winner, and arranging delivery of the prize, in accordance with The Pavilion's Privacy Policy. Where entrants separately agree to receive marketing communications or join The Glasshouse Circle loyalty programme, their information will also be processed for those purposes in accordance with the applicable privacy information and membership terms.

    By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to this, the Promoter shall not be responsible for losses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence or breach of applicable law.

    This competition is organised and administered by The Pavilion Garden Centre and is not administered by The Everyman.
