Loyalty Programme - Terms & Conditions

The Pavilion – Glasshouse Circle Loyalty Programme

1. Promoter and Operator

The Glasshouse Circle Loyalty Programme (the “Programme”) is promoted and operated by Ballygarvan Nurseries Ltd. t/a The Pavilion Garden Centre (“The Pavilion”).

2. Definitions

  • “Digital Card” means the digital Glasshouse Circle loyalty card available to save in your wallet on Apple iOS and Android operating systems.

  • “Gift Card” means a Pavilion gift card purchased In‑store or at thepavilion.ie.

  • “In‑store” means at The Pavilion Garden Centre, Ballygarvan, Cork.

  • “Member” means the holder of a Glasshouse Circle account.

  • “Online” means via The Pavilion website.

  • “Points” means the loyalty points awarded under the Programme.

  • “Programme” means The Pavilion Glasshouse Circle Loyalty Programme.

  • “Terms” means these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time.

  • “Restaurant” means the restaurant and café at The Pavilion.

3. Eligibility and Membership

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older to join the Glasshouse Circle.

  • Membership is open to individuals only and is not available to groups, clubs, or organisations unless agreed with Management.

  • Each individual may hold one account only.

  • By applying for or using the Programme, a Member agrees to be bound by these Terms.

4. Enrolment and Account Management

  • To become a Member, applicants must complete a registration form In‑store or Online.

  • Members are responsible for ensuring their personal details are accurate and kept up to date.

  • The Pavilion is not liable for missed communications resulting from incomplete or inaccurate Member information.

5. Digital Loyalty Usage

  • The Glasshouse Circle digital loyalty programme is not a credit, payment, or cheque guarantee.

  • Members must present their email address or digital loyalty card at the time of purchase to earn or redeem Points.

  • Members are responsible for the security of their account and card. The Pavilion accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or unauthorised use.

6. Earning Points

  • Members earn 1 Point for every €1 spent on eligible purchases In‑store or Online.

  • Members are required to accrue at least 50 points before points may be redeemed against a purchase.

  • Members may earn points on qualifying purchases made at the Restaurant; however, points accrued at the Restaurant may not be redeemed against purchases there. Points may not be redeemed at the Restaurant.

  • Points earned In‑store and Online will be credited within 7 days of the transaction.

Exclusions

Points cannot be earned on:

  • Purchase of Gift Cards;
  • Event tickets;
  • Delivery charges;
  • Returned or refunded items;
  • Any other offers, services or categories as determined by The Pavilion from time to time.
  • On selected partner products, participating products and partners may change occasionally, without notice.

7. Redeeming Points

  • Points may be redeemed In‑store or Online by the named Member only.

  • Points may not be redeemed at the Restaurant.

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash, Gift Cards, or vouchers unless expressly stated.

  • Points have no monetary value, are non‑transferable, and may not be sold or resold.

  • Redemption offers and partners may change from time to time and may be subject to additional terms.

  • Two or more members cannot pool points to make a purchase.

  • Points may not be redeemed on selected partner products. Participating products and partners may change occasionally, without notice.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Points are forfeited when an item is returned.

  • Where Points have already been redeemed and an item is returned, the Member will receive a refund for the amount paid, excluding the value of points redeemed. 

9. Points Expiry and Account Inactivity

  • If no transaction occurs on a Member’s account for 12 consecutive months, the account will expire and all Points and rewards will be forfeited.

  • Upon termination of the Programme, Members will have three months to redeem Points before forfeiture.

10. Rewards and Benefits

  • Rewards and benefits are earned only through qualifying purchases with The Pavilion.

  • Rewards are not exchangeable for cash, Gift Cards, or excluded products.

  • Certain rewards may be subject to availability and additional terms printed on the voucher or communicated at the time of issue.

  • Monthly promotional offers may be limited to one per transaction and may be In‑store only.

11. Programme Changes and Termination

  • The Pavilion may amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time.

  • Reasonable notice of material changes will be made available Online.

  • Continued use of the Programme after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • The Pavilion reserves the right to revoke membership at any time; any accumulated Points will be forfeited.

12. Liability

  • The Pavilion is not responsible for errors resulting from fraudulent use of a card or inability to earn or redeem Points.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Data Protection

  • The Pavilion is committed to protecting Members’ privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 and applicable Irish data protection law.

  • Personal data is used to administer the Programme, communicate with Members, and provide tailored offers (subject to Member preferences).

  • Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

  • Members have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or erase their personal data, subject to applicable law.

14. General

  • The Programme and all benefits are personal to the Member and may not be transferred.

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

  • These Terms are governed by Irish law, and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
