Allexi Alligator is head chef at Gator’s Gap: a celebrated (and entirely meat-free) diner nestled in the Louisiana marshland.
Renowned for his tofu chowder and okra gumbo, Allexi gives classic Southern staples a veggie twist – and takes pride in feeding just about everyone who wanders into his swamp. Even Amuseables Peanut, who, wildly off-route, found himself in need of some sustenance after gator-frogging across the Gap, got a warm Southern welcome.
