Creative Planting Combinations with Jimi Blake - Friday 15th May
On Friday, 15th May, join renowned plantsman Jimi Blake for an inspiring talk and demonstration exploring planting combinations that create beautiful, dynamic gardens throughout the year. Drawing on decades of experience and his work at the celebrated Hunting Brook Gardens, Jimi will share how creative combinations can transform any space - large or small - into something truly spectacular.
A familiar face to many through Ireland’s Garden Heroes, Jimi combines his expert horticultural knowledge with an approachable and adventurous style. In this engaging session, he will reveal the thinking behind his signature approach to planting, using examples from Hunting Brook to demonstrate how colour, texture and form can be combined to create gardens that feel balanced, expressive and full of life.
Guests will discover how to develop combinations that evolve beautifully across the seasons - from the freshness of Spring through to the abundance of Summer, the richness of Autumn and the structure of Winter - to help you create a garden that is visually compelling, all year round.
The event will take place from 6pm to 8pm, with a short break for tea and coffee. The Pavilion Garden Centre will also remain open for late evening shopping, with a selection of exclusive offers available to guests on the night.
Reservation and Attendance:
To secure a seat, attendees must purchase a seat in advance. The event is limited to 60 guests.

The event will take place in The Pavilion Garden Centre on Friday 15th May from 6pm to 8pm. All attendees should arrive at the designated time to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Refund Policy:
Attendees may request a refund for their tickets up to 23.59 on Monday May 11th. Refund requests must be made by contacting our customer support team via the provided contact information. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the refund request is approved.

In the unlikely event that the dinner is cancelled, attendees will be promptly notified. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to attendees who have already made a reservation. The Pavilion reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Photography and Recording:
The Pavilion may capture photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. Should you wish not to be included, please notify us in advance via the provided contact information, no later than 7 days prior to the event, with your name as per your booking and reservation number.
