Indulge your senses and experience 'A Taste of Tuscany'as we launch the first of this season’s Demo & Dine Masterclasses with Pavilion Chef, David Rice on Friday 30th May.

With 25 years’ experience and a wealth of culinary knowledge, David will demonstrate how to make three mouthwatering Italian dishes, designed to be effortlessly recreated, time and again in your own kitchen.

Using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, David will share authentic Italian cooking techniques, along with practical tips on how to infuse your dishes with a taste of Italy. Throughout the class, you'll have the opportunity to taste the dishes as they are prepared.

This two hour Demo & Dine Masterclass will begin at 6.30pm, and guests will be greeted with a prosecco reception on arrival. Limited to just 30 tickets, the evening promises to be an intimate gathering, in the relaxed surroundings of The Glasshouse Restaurant.

 

Reservation and Attendance:

To secure a seat at this Demo & Dine Masterclass with Chef David Rice, attendees must purchase a ticket in advance. The event is limited to 30 seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must be at least 18 years old to participate.

Event Details:

The cooking masterclass will take place at the Glasshouse Restaurant at The Pavilion Ballygarvan. All attendees are required to arrive promptly at the designated time to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Refund Policy:

Attendees may request a refund for their reservation up to 23.59 on 26th May. Refund requests must be made by contacting our customer support team via the provided contact information. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the refund request is approved.

Event Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that the Demo & Dine event is cancelled by the organiser, attendees will be promptly notified. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to attendees who have already made a reservation. In order for the event to go ahead, there is a minimum requirement of 25 people. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

Liability:

Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The organiser and the staff of The Glasshouse Restaurant shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred during the event. Attendees are responsible for the security of their personal belongings and should take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.

Photography and Recording:

The organiser may capture photographs, videos, or audio recordings during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, attendees grant the organiser and the Glasshouse Restaurant the right to use such media without further consent or compensation.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The organiser reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to attendees through the provided contact information.
