Demo & Dine: Beef on the BBQ Masterclass - 12th April
Indulge your senses and experience an exquisite culinary journey as we launch the first of our exclusive 'Demo & Dine' Pavilion Cookery School Events.
With 25 years experience and a wealth of culinary knowledge, David Rice, The Pavilion Research and Development Chef, will demonstrate how to optimise your BBQ to create three delectable dishes, featuring locally sourced Irish Beef.
David will explore various beef cuts and share his top tips on how to choose the right cuts for your homemade creations. At the end of the class, David will present all three dishes for tasting, accompanied by a glass of wine for your enjoyment.
The dishes on the night include:
- Slow cooked Tomahawk steak with salsa verde
- Smashed Hereford beef slider with a brioche bun and pickles
- Charred Malaysian beef skewers with crushed peanuts and lemongrass rice
