Amuseables Horatio Pistachio comes from a fine family. He’ll tell you (politely!) that pistachios are technically seeds, not nuts, and that his lineage traces back to an orchard in southern Italy.
Despite the grand name, Horatio’s always been shy – until a craft chocolate course helped him come out of his shell. Now, whether hand-rolling truffles to pouring viral Dubai-style slabs, he’s happiest in the kitchen: sticky, smiling, and confident.
