A traditionally styled, high quality Kent & Stowe Hand Trowel and Fork made from stainless steel and beautiful ash wood. Featuring a cranked shaft to protect knuckles during work, this tool is great for everyday garden tasks such as weeding, planting and also cultivating. How to use

Use in pots, borders and raised beds for light cultivation and transplanting. The trowel is ideal for planting bulbs, seedlings and bedding plants. The fork is perfect for weeding, planting and general cultivating. Always remove all of the soil from your digging tools after each use by washing the dirt off.. Never put your tools away wet. Allow them to dry completely before storing to prevent rusting and handle rot.

For all wood handled tools apply a light coating of boiled linseed oil to help prevent the wood from drying out and cracking. If a wooden handle is very dirty, remove as much of the soil as possible with a stiff brush. If you need to use water, gently wet the handle with a damp cloth, making sure that you don’t soak the wood, as this may cause the grain to lift and the handle to swell. Thoroughly clean any tools which have been used for chemical applications. Fertilisers and other chemicals will rapidly corrode any metal.

At The Pavilion Garden Centre, we want you to be able to buy with confidence. However, should you wish to return your purchases*, we are happy to offer a full refund** or exchange within 28 days provided there is proof of purchase and it is in a resalable condition. An exchange or credit note will be offered on sale items. We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on certain products for hygiene and safety reasons.
