Join us on Friday 26th June for 'Spice in The Glasshouse', a culinary journey inspired by the vibrant flavours and aromatic spices of Asia. Created by Chef David Rice, this carefully curated four-course menu brings together influences from China, Japan, India and Southeast Asia, combining bold tastes, authentic ingredients and contemporary cooking techniques for an unforgettable dining experience.
Guests are invited to arrive at 7pm, where they will be welcomed with a refreshing Pandan Spritz. Set within The Glasshouse Restaurant, this unique dining experience promises an evening of warm hospitality and exceptional Asian-inspired cuisine.
Please note: When purchasing tickets, please use the order notes in the cart to let us know if you have any dietary requirements. Please also supply your phone number so that we can confirm your table party numbers.
Reservation and Attendance:
To secure a seat at this Spice in The Glasshouse: Flavours of Asia Evening, attendees must purchase a seat in advance. The event is limited to 50 guests and tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Event Details:
The event will take place at The Glasshouse Restaurant in The Pavilion Garden Centre on Friday 26th June, at 7pm. All attendees should arrive at the designated time to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Refund Policy:
Attendees may request a refund for their reservation up to 23.59 on June 20th. Refund requests must be made by contacting our customer support team via the provided contact information. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the refund request is approved.
Event Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that the dinner is cancelled, attendees will be promptly notified. We require a minimum of 40 guests to proceed with the event. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to attendees who have already made a reservation. The Pavilion reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Photography and Recording:
The Pavilion may capture photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. Should you wish not to be included, please notify us in advance via the provided contact information, no later than 7 days prior to the event, with your name as per your booking and reservation number.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The organiser reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to attendees through the provided contact information.
By reserving a seat and attending the event, attendees indicate their agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
