Horticulturist, Author, Garden Designer & TV Presenter
Nick Bailey

Nick Bailey is a freelance horticulturalist, best-selling author and award-winning TV presenter whose 30-year career spans garden design, media, teaching and public speaking.

His horticultural media work includes editing roles for Garden Answers and Garden News, along with contributions to major publications such as BBC Gardeners’ World Magazine, RHS The Garden, The Mail, The Times and The Telegraph. He is also the author of three acclaimed books - including the bestseller 365 Days of Colour in Your Garden - and is a sought-after international lecturer.

David Rice

David has worked in renowned restaurants, including Chapter One in Dublin, where he served as a senior chef and kitchen leader. During his tenure, the restaurant was awarded a coveted Michelin star. He was also the Head Chef at Mustard Seed Lodge in Adare, Co. Limerick, where he won Best Chef in Limerick at the Restaurant Association of Ireland Awards in 2010.
