The Wild Table: An Evening of Irish Game & Wine Pairings
Join us on Friday 20th November at 7pm for The Wild Table, a special Winter’s evening celebrating the distinctive flavours of Irish game, curated by Pavilion Chefs David Rice and David O’Sullivan.
As the November evenings draw in, settle in for four courses of rich, seasonal cooking, centred on the depth and character of Irish game. From smoked duck and pancetta-wrapped rabbit to roasted venison with port and raisin jus, the menu brings together the perfect blend of warming flavours made for a Winter’s night.
Each course will be accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing, chosen to complement the flavours of each dish from the opening course through to dessert.
Tickets include: a choice of carefully selected wines, or a non-alcoholic alternative, paired with each course of your meal. When booking, please note any dietary requirements in the order notes and please provide your phone number.
Reservation and Attendance:
To secure a table, attendees must purchase tickets in advance. The event is limited to 55 guests and tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Event Details:
The event will take place at The Glasshouse Restaurant in The Pavilion Garden Centre on Friday 20th November, at 7pm.
Refund Policy:
Attendees may request a refund for their reservation up to 23.59 on Monday 16th November. Refund requests must be made by contacting our customer support team via the provided contact information. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the refund request is approved.
Event Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that the dinner is cancelled, attendees will be promptly notified. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to attendees who have already made a reservation. The Pavilion reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Photography and Recording:
The Pavilion may capture photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. Should you wish not to be included, please notify us in advance via the provided contact information, no later than 7 days prior to the event, with your name as per your booking and reservation number.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The organiser reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to attendees through the provided contact information.
By reserving a seat and attending the event, attendees indicate their agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
